Homemade Cookies

At Indecision Kitchen, our homemade cookies are crafted with the same love and care that your grandmother poured into her baking, evoking those cherished moments of childhood when the sweet aroma of freshly baked treats filled the air, creating a warm hug for your senses. Each bite transports you back to sunlit afternoons spent in the kitchen, where flour clouds danced in the sunlight and laughter mingled with the sound of a whisk against the bowl.

Blending traditional recipes with a modern twist, our cookies are not just desserts; they are delicious vessels of nostalgia, reminiscent of simpler times. Join us in relishing the joy that comes not just from taste, but from the memories that our cookies revive, making it impossible to choose just one flavor when you can savor them all.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Please complete our contact form and we’ll get back with you ASAP to discuss your needs. Custom orders must be placed a minimum of one week in advance and require prepayment.

We have food allergies. Can we eat your baked goods?

Our items are prepared in a cottage kitchen where allergens are present. We cannot guarantee they will be 100% allergen free.

However, each item has a complete food label including all ingredients with potential allergens listed.

You may contact us to request a special order without specific ingredients.

Where can I find you?

In addition to placing an order online, we will be located throughout the local area at farmer’s markets and various events.

These locations will be broadcast weekly on our website and Instagram.

What flavors and baked goods are available today?

Our weekly menu of items will be posted on our website and Instagram.

Outside of custom orders, these items will be in limited quantities, and popular items may sell out.

How should I store the macarons?

Well, we recommend eating them right away!

However, if you want to savor them for a bit longer, please store in the refrigerator for up to six days.

Remove from the refrigerator 15-minutes before eating for the best experience. Macarons can also be frozen and should be allowed to thaw in the refrigerator.

How long will the cookies and baked goods stay fresh?

We do not use any preservatives in our baked goods. They are best eaten right away but can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days. Any item that contains cream cheese, ganache, or curd should be stored in the refrigerator.

Why are some items unavailable?

We are presently looking for a commissary kitchen for our specialty baked goods to stay in compliance with Maryland state regulations for food safety.

Our amazing macarons, lemons bars, and quick breads will be back on our menu when we have secured a location.

About Hannah

Hannah has always enjoyed baking things, but she discovered she loved the challenge of baking macarons in middle school during a sleep over. She and her best friend decided to try to make matcha green tea macarons with honey frosting because “everyone said they were hard to make.” She’s been whipping egg whites ever since. During the COVID lockdown in 2020, her mom introduced her to the challenge of sourdough bread, and she’s been up to that challenge, too.

Hannah spent two years perfecting her skills in the Culinary Arts program at the Career and Technology Academy in Prince Frederick, Maryland. Her instructor, Chef O’Dell, encouraged her to branch out and try new techniques and explore her creativity.

Ask Hannah to pick a favorite flavor of macaron or a favorite baked good and she’ll respond with a slight shrug, a grin, and an “I don’t know.” You’ll probably find yourself in the same position as you peruse our tasty treats, but don’t worry, we won’t tell if you pick more than one.
